CLIENT REPORTING GUIDE
Meta Ads Report Template for Client Reporting
A good Facebook or Meta Ads client report should answer the questions a client will ask first: what was spent, what results were generated, what changed, why it changed and what should happen next.
Generate Your Report1. Cover
Identify the client, reporting period and report context. A clean cover makes the report easy to recognize when it is shared, saved or reviewed later.
2. Executive Overview
Lead with the core reporting metrics: spend, leads or results, cost per lead, click-through rate, clicks and CPC. This is the page clients use to understand the headline outcome quickly.
3. Performance Story
Show how spend, results and efficiency moved during the reporting period when suitable time-series data is available. If trend data is not available, use a factual performance snapshot instead of inventing a chart.
4. Campaign Drivers
Compare campaign contribution and efficiency. The goal is to show which campaigns drove results, which consumed budget and which areas need attention.
5. Strategic Analysis
Separate observed facts from possible drivers. Use the report to explain what worked, what needs attention and what evidence supports each conclusion.
6. Recommended Actions
Finish with a small number of evidence-supported next actions. Priorities should follow the available campaign results rather than filling the page with generic advice.
Generate this structure from an export
Ramevio turns a supported Meta Ads CSV or XLSX export into this six-page client-report structure. Review it in your browser; free print/PDF output is Preview-marked.
Preview and Clean Client-Ready PDF
If Export Client-Ready PDF — US$5 is enabled in your V1 session, one verified one-time payment permits unlimited clean-export retries for the current report for 60 minutes. The clean PDF removes Ramevio Preview and Not for Client Distribution markings. It is not a white-label product, so any existing small Ramevio footer remains; a materially new source report requires a new purchase.
Checkout is hosted by Stripe, but your uploaded CSV/XLSX and report data remain in your browser. The option may be limited to Test Mode or unavailable during V1 testing. Read Privacy and Terms for cancellation and refund terms.
