Report processing and browser-local recovery

When you choose a Meta Ads CSV or XLSX file in Ramevio V1, the file and the resulting report are processed on your device in your browser. The current workflow does not require signup. Ramevio does not send your uploaded file, filename, report content, campaign data, metrics, client information, or cover image to Stripe, Ramevio payment endpoints, or the payment-entitlement record store.

To preserve a report while you return from Checkout or refresh the page, Ramevio may retain the current report draft in browser-local storage on your device. Clearing browser/site data can remove that local draft.

Clean Client-Ready PDF payments

For the one-time Clean Client-Ready PDF, payment is completed on a Stripe-hosted Checkout page. Stripe collects payment information under its own terms and privacy practices; Ramevio does not receive or store complete payment-card details.

For payment verification and the short-lived export entitlement only, Ramevio uses random purchase and report identifiers, a secure entitlement cookie, and an isolated payment-entitlement record containing hashed identifiers, payment state, and expiry information. That record does not contain your uploaded report data. A clean export is enabled only after Stripe confirms the payment as paid.

The Clean PDF option may be unavailable if payment verification is unavailable. Its availability is shown in the Workspace.

Contact and feedback

If you voluntarily use Contact Ramevio, the email address, subject and message you enter are sent to Formspree, a third-party form delivery provider, so the team can receive and handle your message. If you submit Feedback, the selected usefulness response is sent to Formspree for feedback handling.

Do not include confidential information in a message unless you are comfortable sending it through that form provider.
