Using Ramevio

Ramevio is currently provided as an early-stage tool for evaluation and use as available. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any advertising data you upload.

Free Preview output

The free V1 workflow provides a browser-local six-page report preview and Preview-marked print/PDF output. Free output includes the Ramevio Preview and Not for Client Distribution markings; it is not the paid Clean Client-Ready PDF.

Clean Client-Ready PDF

Export Client-Ready PDF is a one-time US$5 purchase, not a subscription. It removes all Ramevio Preview and Not for Client Distribution markings from the PDF. Any small Ramevio footer already present in the report remains; the product is not a white-label service and does not add new branding.

One verified purchase allows unlimited clean-export retries for the current report for 60 minutes. A new CSV/XLSX import, Sample report, replacement source dataset, or other materially new report source requires a new purchase. Normal title, client, or display-copy edits to the already-loaded report may retain the current report entitlement.

Payment status, cancellation, and failure

Payment is handled through Stripe Checkout. Ramevio enables clean export only after Stripe confirms the payment status as paid. A cancelled, declined, failed, pending, or expired Checkout does not unlock clean export; you can return to the same browser-local report in Preview mode.

Checkout may be unavailable if payment verification is unavailable. No payment is requested unless a Stripe Checkout page is presented.

Refunds

For a paid Clean Client-Ready PDF made available outside testing, Ramevio will issue a refund when it is requested within 7 days and a Ramevio technical fault prevents clean PDF generation or the clean output materially differs from the report preview. There is no automatic refund solely for a change of mind after a successful clean export. This policy is subject to applicable law.

Report output

Report output is informational and should be reviewed before it is used for client, marketing or business decisions. Ramevio does not guarantee revenue, marketing results, or any particular outcome. You remain responsible for your business and client decisions.

Availability and changes

Ramevio may change, pause or discontinue the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that every output will be suitable for every purpose.

Acceptable use

Do not use Ramevio for unlawful activity, to process data you are not authorized to use, or in a way that harms the service or other people.

Use of Ramevio is also subject to the current Privacy notice.
